For the French Paris Opéra, the " 3rd Scene" platform
After "O as in Opera", which allowed us to film almost every corner of the Bastille and Garnier Opera french Houses, it seemed worthwhile to step away from these historically significant venues and explore opera from a different perspective, focusing on the music and the act of listening.
It therefore felt natural to try to capture some of the emotions that overwhelm us when we are immersed in the full intensity of an opera.
As we searched for the right word to describe the feeling of a first-time opera experience, the image of being truly shaken kept coming back to us. Our character in this film is shaken in every sense of the word…
